Job summary

Taking Shape is seeking an inspirational Store Manager for our Napier store to lead and motivate a team of six, delivering a memorable customer experience and driving store profitability through outstanding service. The role operates on a Tuesday–Saturday roster, 40 hours per week.

You will lead by example, coach and develop your team, manage stock and merchandising, and drive sales while living the Taking Shape values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role, preferably in retail.
• Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with staff and customers.
• Able to lead, motivate and coach a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a 6-person team to achieve store targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage stock and merchandising.
• Coach and develop team through product training and service standards.
