Retailworld Resourcing is seeking a confident Store Manager for a well-established women’s fashion retailer in Napier. You will lead a small team of 4, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll manage rosters, stock, VM and store operations while maintaining high visual and brand standards, fostering a positive team culture, and guiding the store toward growth.

We’re on the lookout for a confident, energetic Store Manager to join a well-established women’s fashion retailer in Napier.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail leader who loves fashion, enjoys working with people and knows how to create a great customer experience while delivering strong sales results.

You’ll be leading a small team of 4 and will play a key role in driving the store forward, developing your team and creating a fun, positive environment for both customers and staff.

About the role

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store and be responsible for:
