Job summary

Taking Shape is seeking a Sales Stylist for our Milford store in Auckland. You will deliver personalized service, share product knowledge, and create memorable shopping experiences for our customers.

With about 2 shifts per week (Fridays and Saturdays) and flexibility to cover leave or store events, you will join a fun, inclusive team that values learning, brand ambassadorship, and strong visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and keep floors well stocked to support customer needs.
• Be a brand ambassador, confident, stylish and supportive of the Taking Shape image.

Responsibilities

Our Milford store is looking for an amazing Sales Stylist to provide exceptional service to our customers through a personalized experience, and exceptional product knowledge.

At present our Milford store has approx. 2 shifts available per week. This currently includes Fridays and Saturdays, along with flexibility to fill in and cover sick leave, annual leave & store events.

Our Sales Stylists:

• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs
• Are innovative, and always look for new and better ways of working
• Are confident and stylish, acting as ambassadors of the Taking Shape brand
• Build belonging and a community spirit, with both their team members and customers
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and ensures our floors are well stocked to support our customer needs
