Qualifications

• Previous experience managing large teams, or in multi-site/cluster management
• Proven history of driving sales and delivering results through coaching and inspiring your sales teams
• Strong communication skills both written and verbally
• Experience with change management is an advantage
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
