Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company is seeking an Innovation Projects Lead to drive end-to-end innovation from concept to launch at Waitemata Head Office. You will coordinate timelines, governance, and stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial teams.

You will champion the innovation process, manage project governance and artwork approvals, track performance, and support broader innovation and commercial initiatives across the business.

• Experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset with passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion the end-to-end innovation process.
• Coordinate cross-functional innovation projects and timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage project governance, documentation and approvals as well as the artwork process.
• Track project performance and maintain innovation reporting.
• Support wider innovation and commercial initiatives as required.
