Job summary

DB Breweries is seeking an Innovation Projects Lead to bring new products and ideas to life by guiding innovation projects from concept through launch. Reporting to the Senior CMI & Innovation Manager, you will drive end-to-end innovation across Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial teams.

You will coordinate timelines, governance and stakeholder alignment, track performance, and support broader innovation and commercial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, project management or a similar role.
• Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A high level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion the end-to-end innovation process.
• Coordinate cross-functional innovation projects and timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage project governance, documentation and approvals as well as the artwork process.
• Track project performance and maintain innovation reporting.
• Support wider innovation and commercial initiatives as required.
