Job summary

DB Breweries invites an Innovation Projects Lead to drive end-to-end innovation from concept through to launch at the Waitemata Head Office. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial to bring new products and ideas to life.

Reporting to the Senior CMI & Innovation Manager, you will manage governance, timelines and stakeholder alignment, maintain innovation reporting and support broader initiatives while pursuing continuous process

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and delivering projects from concept to launch.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Ability to coordinate across Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion the end-to-end innovation process.
• Coordinate cross-functional innovation projects and timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage project governance, documentation and approvals as well as the artwork process.
• Track project performance and maintain innovation reporting.
• Support wider innovation and commercial initiatives as required.
