Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company is seeking an Innovation Projects Lead to drive end-to-end innovation from concept to launch at Waitemata Head Office. You will coordinate timelines, governance, and stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial teams.

You will champion the innovation process, manage project governance and artwork approvals, track performance, and support broader innovation and commercial initiatives across the business.

Reporting to the Senior CMI & Innovation Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the end-to-end innovation process and ensuring innovation projects are delivered successfully across the business.
