Job summary
Tegel Foods Ltd is seeking a driven R&D professional to lead its optimisation programme across formulation, ingredients and systems, delivering measurable business value. You will own opportunities from discovery to implementation and partner with Packaging, Operations, Technical, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to realise cost savings and product improvements.
You’ll oversee R&D systems, master data and processes while driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree in Food Science/Technology/Engineering with significant R&D experience.
- Experience leading formulation, optimisation and product development in FMCG.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the R&D optimisation portfolio from opportunities to realisation.
- Drive formulation, ingredient and specification optimisation to improve cost and quality.
- Develop business cases and track commercial benefits against targets.
- Collaborate with Packaging, Procurement, Operations, Technical, and Supply Chain.
- Drive continuous improvement across R&D systems and processes.
