Job summary

The a2 Milk Company is seeking a PMO Coordinator to join our Auckland-based Innovation PMO for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You’ll drive structure, visibility and momentum across a portfolio of initiatives, coordinating status updates, governance and reporting to keep projects moving and teams aligned.

You will build capability in project management, governance and continuous improvement, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders across the business while maintaining PMO

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in project coordination or PMO support.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating meetings, actions, documentation and reporting.
• Attention to detail with focus on governance and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PMO activities including project status updates, logs, risks and governance documentation.
• Collect and maintain project data and provide clear reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Support adherence to PMO governance, standards, processes and ways of working.
• Maintain and improve PMO systems, templates, workflows, SharePoint and knowledge resources.
• Coordinate smaller projects and improvement initiatives with stakeholders.
• Support the PMO community through forums, training materials and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes, reporting and systems.
