Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Scheduler/Planner for infrastructure projects in New Zealand. You will provide scheduling services, conduct baseline reviews, and prepare progress reports with emphasis on risks and opportunities.

The role requires a tertiary degree in engineering/construction/PM and a minimum of five years' on-site planning experience. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential; knowledge of Asta or similar tools is advantageous.

Qualifications

Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Infrastructure projects.
On-site construction experience preferred.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project; knowledge of Asta or similar is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

Provide scheduling services across diverse Infrastructure projects.
Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor's programmes to check adherence to contractual requirements and industry standards.
Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays.
Arrange meetings with client-side stakeholders to understand inputs and deliverables and create an Integrated Master Works Programme.
