Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify waste, inefficiency and high cost.
• Develop and implement lean techniques (5S, Kaizen, VSM) to improve workflow.
• Conduct time and motion studies to set production standards.
• Implement cost reduction through process optimization and energy efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, yield, cycle time) and report to management.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for safe, efficient production.
• Train staff on new processes and continuous improvement methods.
• Identify opportunities for automation to boost efficiency.
