Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in industrial engineering, process improvement or similar role.
• Experience with Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping.
• Data analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
• Understanding of manufacturing environments and processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relocation to Queenstown, Eastern Cape if needed.
• Exposure to safety and environmental regulations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
• Good understanding of production processes and manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis software is an advantage.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to the Queenstown, Eastern Cape area.
