Job summary

MINDSG LTD is seeking a Training Officer to engage and develop clients in daily living, community living, social and work readiness skills. You will implement ILPs, monitor progress, and collaborate with health professionals to support wellness and behaviour plans.

Responsibilities include organising activities, caregiver sessions and staff meetings, while ensuring safety and smooth operations across the centre. A patient, people-oriented team player with good communication is essential.

Qualifications

• O levels or equivalent qualification.
• NITEC in Community Care & Social Services (ITE) required.
• Certificates or diplomas in special education or disability studies preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in teaching, training and supervising clients to function independently.
• Develop and implement Individual Learning Program (ILP) through assessment.
• Monitor and support health fitness, wellness, and behaviour management plans.
• Coordinate administrative tasks and attendance tracking in management systems.
• Organise events and caregiver engagement sessions as required.
