Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build strong, safe relationships with teachers, students and whānau.
• Identify patterns and emerging learning support needs across the school.
• Triage referrals and provide practical, evidence-informed strategies for teachers.
• Develop teacher capability in inclusive practice.
• Coordinate support with specialists and external agencies.
• Prepare referrals and applications to access specialist support and funding.
• Develop and maintain effective, well-organised learning support systems.
