Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in supply planning or supply chain management in a complex environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to lead change and deliver transformation across planning functions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with trusted relationships.
• Experience using digital planning systems and driving process optimisation is an advantage.
• Collaborative leader with passion for developing people and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end In-flight Supply Planning function, delivering efficient, customer-focused outcomes.
• Drive supply planning transformation initiatives to improve capability, processes and ways of working across teams.
• Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Lead the design and evolution of Supply Planning standards, governance, Supply Review and S&OP processes.
• Champion evaluation and implementation of digital planning tools to strengthen capability.
• Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships to improve collaboration and outcomes.
