Job summary

Air New Zealand Limited is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Performance Specialist to enhance supply chain performance. You'll analyze processes, partner to design improvements, and support transformations to deliver meaningful change.

With over 5 years of experience in supply chain operations and a strong ability to influence stakeholders, you will work across teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in processes, supporting the future of Air New Zealand's operations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years' experience in business process analysis or supply chain operations.
• Proven success in delivering process improvements across supply chain value streams.
• Experience with ERP platforms, ideally SAP.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and map end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Partner to design and implement future state processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
