Job summary

Enable New Zealand is recruiting a Specialist Services Coordinator to join our Palmerston North team on a full-time, fixed-term basis until April 2027. The role focuses on assessing eligibility for vision and hearing equipment, processing applications, and delivering high-quality customer service to clients and whānau.

You will work with assessors, suppliers, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure accurate processing and data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and problem-solving to assess eligibility accurately.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, whānau, assessors, suppliers and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Assess eligibility and process applications for vision and hearing equipment.
• Respond to enquiries and provide high-quality client support.
• Review documentation to ensure funding guidelines compliance.
• Maintain accurate customer, supplier and financial records.
• Conduct audits, quality checks and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for positive outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvements and training.
