Job summary

Enable New Zealand is seeking a Customer Services and Administration Specialist to support our national network of ACC subcontractors. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with ACC subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Assist subcontractors with contractual requirements, processes, and service delivery queries.
  • Review purchase orders, repair histories and costs to ensure value and quality.
  • Investigate recurring equipment repair issues and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support asset management activities including equipment identification, write-offs, and data accuracy.
  • Assist assessors with equipment repair, replacement, and modification decisions.
  • Provide training, advice, and information to subcontractor administrative and technical teams.
  • Manage escalated customer and stakeholder enquiries and support positive service outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development of subcontractor resources.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Services and Administration Specialist to join our team. This role responsible for supporting Enable New Zealand's national network of ACC subcontractors to ensure repair and refurbishment services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to a high standard. At Enable New Zealand, we place the customer at the centre of everything we do. In this varied role, you'll build and manage relationships with Enable New Zealand's national subcontractor network, monitor contractor performance and compliance, investigate service delivery issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality outcomes for customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building strong relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Ngā mahi haepapa | Role responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with ACC subcontractors and key stakeholders
  • Supporting subcontractors with contractual requirements, processes, and service delivery queries
  • Reviewing purchase order requests, repair histories, and associated costs to ensure value and quality outcomes
  • Investigating recurring equipment repair issues and identifying trends and improvement opportunities
  • Supporting asset management activities, including equipment identification, write-offs, and database accuracy
  • Assisting assessors with equipment repair, replacement, and modification decisions
  • Providing training, advice, and information to subcontractor administrative and technical teams
  • Managing escalated customer and stakeholder enquiries and supporting positive service outcomes
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of subcontractor resources and manuals

You'll be successful in this role if you bring strong administration and stakeholder management experience, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. You'll also have:

  • Experience working in administration, coordination, customer service, or stakeholder-focused roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and make informed decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and customer-focused service delivery
  • Experience working within a professional office environment and supporting business processes
