New Zealand Medical Indemnity Insurance Limited (NZMII) is seeking a Customer Experience & Support Coordinator to create and manage rosters, coordinate with our team, and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
You’ll rely on strong communication, organisation, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment at our Penrose office with onsite parking.
Our Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing our support worker rosters to ensure coverage and a seamless service is delivered to our clients. This role involves coordinating with our internal team, addressing scheduling conflicts and maintaining compliance with policies and client requirements. You will pride yourself on your natural communication skills, organisation, calm under pressure and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
This role is a Fixed Term opportunity until February 2027 with 16 hours per week, Wednesday 4.30pm - 10 pm, Friday 4.30pm - 10pm and Saturday 3.30pm - 10pm.
Based at our Penrose office with onsite parking and easy walk to Penrose train station.
