Qualifications

• Admin experience, scheduling or rostering preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilience, adaptability and solutions-focused attitude.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff rosters and respond to changing needs.
• Build strong relationships with Support Workers and Service Managers.
• Find solutions when plans change at short notice.
• Communicate confidently with people across the organisation.
• Help ensure the people we support receive consistent, quality support.
