Job summary

The University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pathway Team Leader for the Imaging Department. The role will support across UHDB Imaging sites with cross-site working and close collaboration with Clinical managers and admin teams to deliver efficient services.

You will lead an admin team, develop protocols, manage waiting lists, participate in recruitment, and contribute to staff training, HR processes and service development while maintaining a patient-centred

Responsibilities

• Work with Clinical managers to ensure effective service delivery including utilisation of capacity and demand
• Implement and develop admin protocols and processes
• Manage administration staff including HR processes
• Waiting List management
• Support in delivery of training and developing admin teams
• Participate in recruitment and retention of admin staff
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to develop service needs
• Work with Pathway Team Leader colleagues to maintain and develop services
