Job summary

RHCNZ Medical Imaging Group in Dunedin is seeking a Charge CT Tech to lead our CT team and shape regional service delivery. You will drive high‑quality imaging and patient care as the CT lead, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and setting clinical standards.

This role demands proactive leadership, expert CT knowledge, and a collaborative approach with radiologists and clinicians to grow CT services across Otago.

Qualifications

• At least five years of leadership experience in CT or health operations.
• Proven expertise across a broad range of CT procedures.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead through change and contribute to service growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to the CT team across the Otago region.
• Manage daily CT operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Uphold high clinical standards and CT documentation.
• Support staff development, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams.
• Contribute to service planning and quality initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused environment.
