Job summary

MBIE is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2028 Programme Office. You will establish project plans, monitoring tools and reporting frameworks, coordinate stakeholder engagements, meetings and workshops, and provide oversight across a range of programme activities.

You will work with cross-government agencies and partners to ensure milestones are met and information is prepared for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years coordinating projects, programmes or complex work with multiple moving parts.
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise competing demands and maintain detail.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, monitoring systems, tracking processes and programme documentation.
• Proven ability to prepare high-quality reports, dashboards and other project information tailored to different audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements, including agendas, minutes and action tracking.
• Ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-focused approach.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Positive, proactive and collaborative working style.
