Job summary

MBIE in Wellington invites applications for Project Coordinator to support the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2028 programme. You will work across workstreams to ensure plans are organised, tracked and delivered to milestones.

You'll develop monitoring tools, coordinate governance and reporting, and maintain key programme docs. Successful candidates will have 5+ years coordinating complex projects, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years coordinating projects, programmes or complex work with multiple moving parts.
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise competing demands and maintain detail.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, monitoring systems and documentation.
• Proven ability to prepare reports, dashboards and information for different audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements, including agendas and minutes.
• Ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-focused approach.
• Strong ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Establish project plans, monitoring tools and reporting frameworks for the programme.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagements, meetings and workshops with clear agendas and tracking.
• Provide oversight across a range of programme activities and milestones.
• Support governance and reporting requirements and maintain critical documentation.
• Help ensure senior leaders have timely information to inform decisions.
