Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or related construction management qualification.
3+ years of experience in site supervision and construction management of civil projects.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all on-site civil engineering construction activities.
Ensure construction work complies with approved designs, specifications, and relevant standards.
Monitor project progress, schedule, and resource allocation on site.
Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage site safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project management teams to resolve site issues.
