Based at Hamilton East, you will coordinate a diverse work programme and support teams across Information Services. The role emphasizes collaboration, governance, and delivering outcomes for mental health and wellbeing services.

You will balance big-picture planning with detail, drive process improvements, and work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative social sector environment with flexible options.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning or analyst roles.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams and workstreams.
• Experience with process and technology change.
• Familiar with project and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Office and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work programme and ensure clear workflows.
• Create and maintain plans, milestones, and rhythms.
• Connect people, coordinate activity, and keep focus.
• Track progress and risks, surface issues early.
• Facilitate decisions and support delivery.
