Job summary

Babcock Australasia is seeking a detail‑oriented Engineering Change Project Controller to support the Engineering Change team in Devonport, Auckland. You will help maintain schedules, track costs and risks, and coordinate documentation to provide clear delivery visibility for RNZN projects.

Ideal candidates bring project coordination or controls experience, strong organisation, and a proactive approach within a maritime/Defence context. Hybrid work arrangements available.

Qualifications

• Organised project coordinator with administration, scheduling, reporting and document control experience.
• Ability to track costs, risks and changes while coordinating information across stakeholders.
• Clear communication, prioritisation and proactive approach in a Defence/maritime environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, track costs and risks to keep projects moving.
• Prepare status reports and provide visibility of delivery to teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate documentation, records and change controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across engineering, project management and other stakeholders.
