Waikato Waters Ltd in the Waikato region is seeking a Works Programme Coordinator to manage fault jobs, planned works, reinstatements and customer connections. You will ensure work orders are created, tracked, communicated and closed accurately and on time.

The role operates standard office hours with a 24/7 operational context, requiring proactive updates to councils and customers and ensuring data quality in Infor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a council customer-related or utility operations environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage change in a fast-moving operational setting.

Responsabilités

• Receive service requests, create work orders and assign jobs to field crews.
• Provide regular job status updates to councils and customers.
• Obtain field updates, manage schedule changes and flag delays.
• Manage reinstatements, complaints, new connections and planned shutdowns.
• Maintain accurate job data in Infor and support SLA reporting.
