Job summary

Fonterra is seeking a skilled Team Manager Fleet Services to lead and develop the Fleet Services Team at Kauri. You will oversee people, vehicles and assets to ensure safe, efficient servicing of Fonterra equipment, while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Focus on safety, food safety and quality, performance monitoring, and driving continuous improvement across the Fleet Services function.

Qualifications

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Fleet Services Team at Kauri, ensuring tanker servicing is safe and efficient.
• Coach and support your team, manage workflows, and monitor performance to sustain a collaborative culture.
• Identify issues impacting milk collection and quality and provide timely updates for operational decision‑making.
