You'll improve library systems, deliver training to boost digital literacy, collaborate with staff and vendors, and monitor data to improve user experience. The position offers hybrid work options and a supportive, city-centre campus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of library systems, digital technologies, and online resources.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering training and supporting confident use of digital resources.
• Understanding of discovery services, metadata, and digital content management.
• Recent experience in a tertiary library environment.
