Depending on the specific requirements of each project, your primary duty will alternate between maintaining existing systems and installing brand-new units. Key responsibilities

Installation & Removal: Efficiently removing old units and installing new, modern HVAC systems.

Routine Maintenance: Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.

Team Leadership: Training, mentoring, and guiding junior team members and apprentices on‑site.

Client Care: Communicating professionally with clients and customers to answer questions and explain system operations.

Asset Care: Properly maintaining your allocated tools, diagnostic equipment, and company vehicle.

About you

Proven experience working as an HVAC Technician (experience with both installations and maintenance is essential).

Strong leadership qualities and a passion for helping junior technicians grow.

Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.

A valid driver's license.

High attention to safety and local building codes.
