Qualifications

• HV protection & automation design, settings, or commissioning (3+ years).
• Understanding of transmission assets and reliable grid operation.
• Degree in electrical/power engineering or equivalent; Washington Accord preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope and review Protection & Automation work from concept to commissioning.
• Model and assess protection schemes under different grid conditions.
• Define practical technical solutions with project managers and stakeholders.
• Review design deliverables and contribute to scopes and cost estimates.
• Support updates to protection scheme settings and standards.
• Share knowledge and develop engineering capability in the team.
• Evaluate new digital and networking technologies for safer outcomes.
