About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resource Executive to join our HR team.
This is a full-time role supporting the day-to-day HR operations and people initiatives of the Company. You will play an important role across areas including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, employee engagement, training and development, payroll support and HR administration.
The successful candidate should be hands-on, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
Perform the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS and personnel databases are properly updated
Support the administration of employee benefits, leave and other employee entitlements
Coordinate and support training and development programmes
Handle employee relations matters, including employee concerns, grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with Company policies and applicable legislation
Support payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and related documentation
Assist in ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws, regulations and Company policies
Organise and coordinate employee engagement activities and Company events
Support HR projects, process improvements and other HR initiatives as required
Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR department
What we're looking for
A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in human resources
Prior experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and payroll administration
Proven experience working in a human resources role, ideally within the food, manufacturing, or similar operational environment
Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices
Proficiency in Infotech HRMS/HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally
A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
