Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd in Auckland is seeking a detail‑driven Training Administrator to support HSQE compliance training and learning activities across the region. You will own training administration, from employee documentation and recordkeeping to reporting and system updates, enabling safer, smoother project delivery.

Collaborating with the HSQE Training Manager and wider teams, you’ll keep training organized and compliant while fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an administration or coordination role preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• A proactive, reliable, team-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
• Commitment to safety, learning, and quality work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional training activity including licences and safety training.
• Manage training administration, employee documentation, recordkeeping, reporting, and information systems.
• Support HSQE training projects and tasks from the Training Manager.
• Help create a strong team culture by coordinating employee events and encouraging communication.
