Job summary

Fulton Hogan Limited is seeking an HSQE Training Manager to lead regional training, drive capability on the ground, and align with national HSQE priorities. The role is hands-on with a strong technical edge, overseeing planning, records, and delivery to support safe and capable operations across the region.

You will partner with operational leaders to address capability gaps, implement practical learning solutions, and foster continuous improvement in training systems and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in training operations, workforce capability, or a similar technical or operational environment.
• Proven ability to lead or coordinate people, programmes, and priorities in a fast-moving setting.
• Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, competency management, compliance, licensing, and training record requirements.
• Confident communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills, with a practical and delivery-focused approach.
• Experience with PDP or a similar system and a full driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional HSQE training function, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training activity.
• Manage the HSQE training team, including support for direct reports and day-to-day operational leadership.
• Oversee competency, licensing, training needs analysis, and training records through the PDP system and related processes.
• Partner with operational leaders and managers to identify capability gaps and build practical learning solutions that support performance and compliance.
• Connect regional delivery with national HSQE priorities, while driving continuous improvement across training systems, standards, and outcomes.
