ACC New Zealand is seeking an HR Support for a fixed-term position until 31 December 2026, based in Newmarket, Auckland or Wellington. You will deliver payroll administration, HR administration, and reporting in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring accurate employee data and strong customer service.

As an HR Support, you will play an important role in enabling the delivery of professional People & Culture services across ACC. Working closely with payroll and wider People & Culture teams, you will provide high-quality payroll administration, HR administration, reporting, triage and general administrative support in a varied and fast-paced environment. You will help maintain accurate people information, support efficient HR service delivery, contribute to positive employee experiences and help ACC continue supporting New Zealanders while contributing to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
The appointing salary for this role is $61,766 to $67,442 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.
