ACC is seeking a CRM Platform Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Salesforce Platform ecosystem in Wellington. You will own the platform vision, roadmap, governance, and release management while leading a team focused on platform excellence, security, and reliability.

The role works with senior leaders, architecture teams and delivery partners to keep Kiwis safe at work and beyond.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting Salesforce platforms within a complex enterprise.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, LEAN, DevOps, release management and operational excellence.
• Experience managing technology initiatives, roadmaps and stakeholder relationships.

About the role

Mō te tūranga mahi As CRM Platform Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for ACC's Salesforce Platform ecosystem. You will own the platform vision, roadmap, governance, release management, and operational support functions while leading a team focused on platform excellence. Working closely with senior leaders, architecture teams and delivery partners, you will ensure a secure, stable and future-ready CRM environment that supports exceptional customer experiences and contributes to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between. The appointing salary for this role is $162,707 - $195,248 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance. Wellington location preferred, other ACC hub locations may be considered for the right applicant.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
• Strong customer focus, commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability.
• Sound understanding of enterprise architecture principles and technology trends.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to drive innovation and positive change.
