We have an excellent opportunity for a Reporting Analyst to join our People and Culture group. Reporting into the Workforce Planning and Analytics Lead, the Reporting Analyst will be responsible for responding to requests for people information, providing accurate, timely and fit for purpose data.
This will include assisting with reporting, working with key stakeholders to understand their data requirements and producing meaningful insights. You will also contribute to the ongoing development and enhancements of core data sets. Through your workforce analytics, reporting, Power BI and SQL expertise, you will help support data-driven decisions that contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
This is a fixed-term role until December 2027.
The appointing salary for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.
