Job summary

RA in Wellington, NZ is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide expert support in recruitment, team performance management, compensation and benefits, succession planning, training and employee relations.

Requirements include 5–9 years in HR, 2–3 years in leadership, 2+ years in manufacturing, a degree in HR Management, and Spanish as an asset.
