Qualifications

• Experience in administration, coordination, office support, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
• Willingness to learn; payroll administration experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and support hiring managers.
• Prepare employment documents, offers and contracts.
• Maintain employee records and HR data accuracy.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers.
• Assist with HR reporting and People & Culture initiatives.
• Support employee engagement and wellbeing activities.
• Assist with payroll preparation, processing and coordination.
