Behind every smooth-running tenancy is someone keeping all the details on track. That’s where you come in. From handling enquiries and coordinating viewings to processing paperwork, you’ll keep things moving behind the scenes.

No two days are quite the same. You may be involved in any of these stages:

  • The enquiry: Someone is looking for a place to call home, or a current tenant has a question. You’re often their first point of contact, giving them helpful information and making sure they feel heard.
  • The viewing: You coordinate appointments, organise the details and make sure everyone knows where they need to be.
  • The paperwork: You process tenancy documents, keep records accurate and update internal systems, so information stays organised.
  • The maintenance request: A tenant reports an issue. You log it and work with the tenancy managers to get it sorted.
  • Out and about: You swap the desk for the driver’s seat to travel to sites around Auckland for errands, pick ups, and drop offs.
Who you’ll be doing it for:

A well established organisation with deep roots in the community. They work alongside individuals and whānau through mental health and housing services, guided by values of manaakitanga, rangatiratanga and whakawhanaungatanga: care for people, leadership, and strong relationships.

Must haves:
  • Previous experience in an office administration or coordination role
  • A full NZdriver licence, as you’ll be driving company vehicles.
  • New Zealand or Australian citizenship, or New Zealand residency.
  • Strong awareness of Māori culture, te reo Māori and tikanga Māori.
  • A clear New Zealand MOJ check (completed closer to selection stage)
