Distinction Rotorua Hotel & Conference Centre on 390 Fenton St, Rotorua, is seeking a reliable Hotel Porter to join the Front Office team. You will welcome guests on arrival, assist with luggage, and support daily hotel operations to ensure a warm first impression and smooth service throughout a guest’s stay.

The role involves carrying luggage, providing friendly service, supporting with guest requests and room deliveries, maintaining public areas, assisting with events, driving the hotel

Distinction Rotorua is looking for a reliable, guest focused Hotel Porter to join our Front Office team. This role is all about creating a warm first impression, supporting guests throughout their stay, and ensuring the smooth running of daily hotel operations.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage
• Provide friendly, professional service throughout the hotel
• Support Front Office with guest requests and room deliveries
• Maintain lobby, public areas, and storage spaces to a high standard
• Assist with conference and event setups when required
• Drive guests and deliver items using the hotel vehicle
• General ground maintenance and pool cleaning

What You’ll Bring
