Distinction Rotorua Hotel & Conference Centre is seeking a reliable Hotel Porter to join our Front Office team. You will create a warm first impression, assist guests during their stay, and help ensure smooth daily hotel operations.

You will welcome guests, help with luggage, deliver items, transport guests using the hotel vehicle, and support lobby and public areas maintenance. Weekend shifts are required in this busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Positive, can-do attitude with a hospitality mindset.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence – essential for hotel transport.
• Ability to work rostered shifts, including weekends.
