Minor Hotels Australasia Limited, operating Avani Queenstown Shores Resort, seeks a Hotel Receptionist in Queenstown on a full-time permanent basis. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and share local tips with warm, proactive service to create a memorable stay.

Candidates with 0–6 months experience in hospitality, a polished appearance, and a passion for guest satisfaction are encouraged to apply. Minimum hours are 30 per week with fortnightly wages and NZD pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and friendly reception to guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process while addressing any inquiries.
• Maintain clear communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders across channels to provide exceptional service.
• Oversee processing of guest reservations, updates, and special requests using property management systems for seamless scheduling.
• Act as a primary contact for guests during their stay, offering prompt assistance and personalised recommendations.
