Placements24 partners with a highly regarded hotel in Queenstown to recruit a professional and results-driven Food and Beverage Manager. This role oversees all F&B operations including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service to ensure guest satisfaction and financial targets.

You will lead and develop the F&B team, implement strategic menus, maintain hygiene standards, manage costs and inventory, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Food & Beverage management, preferably in a hotel
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with budgeting, cost control and revenue generation
• Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards
• Proficiency with F&B software and POS systems

Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including menu planning, costing, inventory control, and service standards.
• Experience with banqueting and event management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations (e.g., HACCP).
