Job summary

Accor is seeking a seasoned Financial Leader for Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport. The role oversees hotel accounting for Te Arikinui, Novotel and ibis Budget Auckland Airport, driving budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting to owners and management.

You will develop robust financial controls, streamline systems, and manage cash flow, payroll and stakeholder communications with a focus on profitability and compliance within a luxury airport hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel accounting experience.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations.
• Ability to coach and develop teams.
• Sound commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership & Reporting: lead budgets, forecasts, month-end close, reconciliations and reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Systems & Compliance: develop and monitor financial systems; ensure adherence to Accor policies and regulatory requirements.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management: oversee cash flow, cash handling procedures and payments within policy.
• Accounts & Payroll Oversight: manage receivables/payables, credit approvals, debt recovery and payroll compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Profitability: partner with department managers to improve profitability and communicate with owners and auditors.
