Qualifications

• At least 2 years working experience in hospitality or recognisable culinary art qualifications.
• Passion for Thai cuisine and willingness to train others.

Responsibilities

• Develop written training programmes, including scope, content, exercises and tests.
• Create examinations and performance reports evaluating trainees.
• Monitor progress and communicate results to management and clients.
• Consult with management and staff to determine training objectives and codes of practice.
