• Complaint Handling: Resolve guest queries within authority before escalation.
• Restaurant Operations: Maintain high hygiene standards for equipment and dining areas.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations and report hazards.
• Team Participation: Attend meetings and be flexible for late-night/extra shifts.
