Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island Limited is seeking a Hospitality and Conference Support Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term, based at our Landing Drive Support Centre. You’ll oversee the minimart, cafe, test kitchen, demo kitchen, hospitality bar and events in our conference centre, focusing on smooth daily operations and guest experiences.

You’ll coordinate bookings, manage stock, assist at events, work with suppliers, and lead workflow in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or events.
• Operational focus with ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Self-starter with ability to lead and manage workflow.
• Solid communication and good computer literacy.
• Knowledge of inventory control and stocktaking; food safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Managing bookings and events in the conference centre.
• Stock management and replenishment of goods in our Mini mart.
• Assisting in event functions when required.
• Working with suppliers and other stakeholders to bring food demonstrations to site.
